Easy Breakfast Recipe with Teff
– 1/2 cup of oatmeal,
– 2 tbsp of buckwheat groats
– 1 tbsp of teff grain
– milk (any plant-based milk will also do)
Add all the ingredients to a mason jar and cover with milk (any plant-based milk will also work), add 1/2 tbsp of maple syrup. Mix it a night before to get an overnight breakfast. Teff and buckwheat start to sprout. Very healthy and fills you up.
