Step 2. Enroll in a challenge of your choice, new challenges start monthly, check our website for new dates. Every few days you'll receive short video tutorials, audio prompts and cheatsheets with exact steps to follow

All-natural and whole foods are superfoods, but some are more nutritious and potent than others. In all recipes that we teach, we incorporate as many natural nutrient-dense foods, as possible. It can be flavourful pickles, ancient grains, or fresh spices. The best thing, you might be already eating all of them, without realizing, that you have a little apothecary in your kitchen.

Many things that we eat today, like potatoes, in fact traveled from far-away fertile lands centuries ago. Today they are a staple in every kitchen.
