HOW OUR CHALLENGES WORK

Step 1. Pick a cooking skill you want to learn or a habit you want to change. Make cakes without sugar, master healthy meal planning, learn healthy cooking fundamentals, start fermenting foods at home, learn to cook with spices, go on a sugar detox and more

Step 2. Enroll in a challenge of your choice, new challenges start monthly, check our website for new dates. Every few days you'll receive short video tutorials, audio prompts and cheatsheets with exact steps to follow

Step 3. Enjoy the process! Complete the simple tasks and share the progress. Get support from our coaches and the community

Step 4. Enjoy your transformation and new healthy eating skills, they will serve you a lifetime!

Many things that we eat today, like potatoes, in fact traveled from far-away fertile lands centuries ago. Today they are a staple in every kitchen. We've still got a lot to learn from each other's culinary traditions, and many ingredients to adapt. Our online cooking classes are inspired by world's cuisines, bringing a variety of flavors to the plate, and honoring the rich culinary diversity of this planet.
