About Anastasis Tzanis
Anastasis is an experienced registered Nutritional Therapist & Yoga Teacher from Athens, based in London. He has a track record of working with individuals with a range of health conditions helping them improve their health, as well as yogis advancing their practice. He runs an online clinical practice and works as a consultant for companies using diet, breathing and yoga.
Anastasis holds a diploma from the Institute from Optimal Nutrition, the most prominent course of Nutritional Therapy in UK. He has developed the skills and has experience in strengthening the immune function, supporting patients undergoing cancer care and obesity. In practice he uses a 3 pillar model optimising the body’s energy metabolic function. The concept is simple: “When the body has enough energy, it will be able to battle disease and perform optimally.”
