Kaiseki is originally referred to the food served before receiving tea at a tea ceremony and developed over many long years.  You will learn historical story, rules of serving and how to present of each dish not only the cooking method.

Japanese cooking always start with Dashi (Japanese essential  soup stock) making. And get basic knowledge about Japanese seasonings which are frequently appeared in the recipe.
Then you will cook various types of 7-8 dishes, and savor what you have made with the rich and juicy Wagyu beef steak at the end.
