Zero waste cooking (Video Series)

100 grams of cauliflower leaves has two times more calcium than a glass of milk. Watermelon seeds are extremely rich in protein and minerals, and have been used in traditional medicine for centuries. Yet, mostly these superfoods end up in a trash bin, along with other extremely nutritious parts of vegetables and fruits.

Years of traditional cuisines studies taught us one important thing: abundance can be found in scarcity. Zero waste lifestyle can bring a lot of creativity to our kitchens.

We’d like to welcome you to our Zero Waste Cooking series. In our videos we share recipes that transform kitchen scraps into tasty and nutritious meals. We learn traditional cooking techniques, experiment with spices and try less known flavour combinations.
